A St. Louis native with over 20 years of healthcare leadership across independent community, academic, public safety-net, for-profit and specialty-care settings. Calvin brings experience in financial stewardship, physician alignment, patient access, workforce stability and capital planning to the decisions facing physician owners.
His approach is practical: fewer priorities, a named owner for each, and a leadership team working from the same numbers. The work connects the financial model to scheduling, collections, staffing and the patient experience.

Why this work is personal
Watching his father navigate healthcare taught Calvin that patients experience the answered phone, the ready room and the supported person in front of them, not an organization’s strategy. His operating discipline is built to protect that experience while keeping the organization financially capable of serving its community.
Previous leadership roles include Interim COO at Bay Area Hospital; COO at NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens, DMC Sinai-Grace and HCA Florida St. Lucie; and Senior Vice President of Operations at Grady Health System. His specialty-care experience includes St. Louis South Oral Surgery and Evolutions MedSpa.
