FOR GROUPS & PLATFORMS

Repeatable operating work.
Not generic “PE consulting.”

For physician groups, MSOs and the organizations supporting them: connect operating evidence, partner economics and accountable implementation.

DEFINED GROUP ENGAGEMENT

Group Structure &
Investment Readiness

$50,000 fixed fee

Up to four physician owners, two sites, one specialty group and one state. Group formation plus one primary ASC or MSO pathway, not two full structural engagements.

See the scope & milestones

DECISION-READY OUTPUTS

  • 36-month economics and partner scenarios
  • Governance choices and decision rights
  • Scoped facility / MSO alternatives
  • Diligence index and sensitivity range
  • Partner decisions and counsel handoff

Not capital raising, transaction execution, buyer solicitation, formal valuation or an FMV opinion.

EXPLORATORY ENTERPRISE PATH

Prove the method
before extending the footprint.

Discuss a 3–5-site, one-specialty pilot with a named sponsor, agreed baseline and explicit stop/go gates.

Potential focus: launch standardization, a 100-day operating-improvement plan or readiness reporting. These are proposed pilot designs, not an established portfolio product, priced offer or claim of current multi-site delivery capacity.

GATE A

Define the baseline.

Select sites, confirm data rights, choose one workstream and sign the measurement plan.

Evidence standard

GATE B

Test bounded delivery.

Record adoption, exceptions and acceptance. Do not expand a pilot to compensate for an unclear scope.

See the method

GATE C

Decide whether to repeat.

Use agreed evidence, sponsor acceptance and delivery capacity to approve, modify or stop a rollout.

Discuss pilot fit

Custom scope and fixed fee require separate agreement, counsel review and a confirmed delivery team. Tier 4 pricing does not automatically cover a multi-site pilot.

A DEFINED NEXT STEP

Test a specific operating problem.

A briefing to determine whether there is a bounded, measurable pilot worth designing.
