Clear information handling, evidence standards and responsibilities matter more than a badge or an unverified assurance.
No patient identifiers, clinical records, employment agreements, tax returns or private financial files through introductory intake. Document exchange requires agreed scope, confidentiality and an appropriate secure process. Any necessary PHI handling requires prior privacy/security arrangements and any required BAA.
This private preview stores fictional test inquiries in a sandbox-backed intake queue, not an external CRM. No email notification or booking is created. The form accepts an email and audience selection, not attachments or free-text records. Test records are subject to a 30-day deletion policy enforced when the backend runs.
Production CRM, hosting, access roles, retention, notification and deletion workflows must be approved and tested before a public launch. Do not use this preview for real client records.
Journey measurement is off by default. If enabled, the prototype records page/action labels and an ephemeral session identifier. It does not record readiness answers or form contents in the event ledger. Turning measurement off stops new optional events; hosting and font providers may still process connection information.
The operating system is a documented advisory method, not an autonomous decision engine. AI may assist content preparation and analysis where approved; a responsible reviewer must check outputs. Confidential client material must not enter an AI service without an approved contractual and data-handling basis. The team photograph is an AI-generated illustration, not staff or clients.
Native-file licensing does not transfer reusable methods or benchmark ownership. Any benchmark contribution requires separately agreed rights and privacy safeguards.
